I really hate leaving home base for too long. I get back and feel like the sky is falling. I think the dust is finally settling and I can get back into the groove again. I wanted to share some of my pictures from my trip to Scotland a few weeks ago. My grandmother is not doing very well so it was a last minute thing to get across the pond. If I ever see another airport again, it will be too soon. Part of my adventure was borderline comical. I flew from San Francisco to Los Angeles for a nine hour layover. Charlotte arrived a few years back. Now I’m not saying that she’s an obsolete model, but version 2.0 just celebrated her first birthday. Feature-wise, Charlotte can walk and talk. Clara, on the other hand, crawls and climbs like it’s her job and offers up the most adorable “Teek Ku” when you give her something.
I may have already set plans in motion for her betrothal to my child. It seems only right since they were born on the exact same day, only two hours apart.
She's a classy little lady.
