Rock the Vote

Wedding

Pacific Weddings Magazine recently ran a contest to see which image they would print on the back page of their 10 year anniversary Winter/Spring 2009 issue.

They were looking for an image with a NOSTALGIC feel (note: not necessarily an old photo, but one that has a nostalgic sensibility). The photo was to capture a magical, emotional moment in a wedding celebration. It can be any extraordinary shot that instantly conveys emotion. This full page picture will appear on the Last Word page facing the back cover of the magazine. I entered a shot from Amanda and Justin’s wedding from this summer that I second shot with FC Wong.

It’s a very simple voting process, just post a quick comment with the number and image name (#9 Tenderly) with a brief comment. I am honored to have won a spot amongst these top 10 finalists!

I’m so surprised at how many people have already voted so get out there and get me that spot on Pacific Weddings!

Zach and his gentlemen were coolly gathered at the hotel, sipping shmancy whiskey. Amy credits Zach with a lot of the design decisions.  He had an eye on the details.  I love the story behind his great grandfather’s cufflinks that his tomboy grandmother also wore with a suit ...

Philadelphia Wedding Photographer | Down Town Club | Janene + Greg
Janene and Greg won my heart long, long ago. Individually they’re quirky, kind, genuine, and simply wonderful. Together they’re even more than the sum of the parts. I’m still trying to understand it. They fit together so well. They shine together. During the speeches we heard how easily Janene draws people to her and that it’s pretty much impossible to be mad at her. I won’t even deny that I have massive couple crush on them. Their engagement pictures at Eastern State Penitentiary were just a taste of what was to come from their wedding.Janene got ready at her parents’ house in Jamison, PA. She wore the earrings that Greg gave her as ...
