I photographed this Delaware mama twice recently. Today I’m sharing her maternity session at her home in Wilmington. It was a surprise gift for hubby, James, who gushed about how gorgeous she was. And she absolutely was!
She had terrible morning sickness for the first 20 weeks but was otherwise doing great! I met her at 37 weeks and she looked like this. So freaking hot it’s unfair!
Her belly button was completely flat with fingers crossed that it wouldn’t pop to an outie.
They waited until the birth to find out about the sex of the baby. Til then, they called the baby “Little Foot.” She felt like it was a girl. James had an inkling that it would be a boy. Seriously, from the front and back, you couldn’t tell she was pregnant. Only when she turned to the side did you see the belly. Even then, I kept asking her to stick it out farther!
Remy, their 6 month old golden lab puppy was eager to get in on the session. I can’t blame her. She surely knows how beautiful she is.
Katelin is looking forward to sharing firsts with the baby, especially the beach and DisneyWorld. I was looking forward to their newborn session to meet Little Foot face to face. Now that it’s over, I am so excited to share the pictures from that session. You’re on pins and needles too; I can tell…
But to see her was to love her, Love but her, and love for ever.
