Walk inside of the doors of this Old City gem and you’ll have your eyes full of some of the most beautiful frocks this side of the catwalk. This new bridal boutique is absolutely hopping after opening its doors in 2013 with the charismatic and stylish Ivy Kaplin at the helm.  Lovely couldn't be a more fitting name.
