Personal

I still get a little emotional during father/daughter dances.

Rain, rain, go away!
I'm all for the green, lush gardens and no water restrictions, but it has rained every day of May so far. I even heard that this is a record number of rainy days in a row for Philly and I'm ready for the sun!Remember what this was like?Don't worry, it'll come again. Until then, we'll have to make do with our rainy days. Being the smart cookie I am, I finally went out last Sunday and bought myself a pair of wellies! In Texas Getting Schooled
I'm going to be M.I.A. for the next few days. I'll be in San Antonio, Texas for a photography convention. I'll be spending my days steeped in educational workshops, industry discussions, kick ass shoot-outs, an overwhelming expo, and generally getting my photo on!I thrive on learning and get so psyched for the yearly convention. Remember that nerdy kid who loved taking notes and using her highlighters? Yeah, that was me. I'm thrilled for the hands-on fun and classroom lessons. If you're another photographer attending either the DWF Convention or Imaging USA and want to meet up for coffee of drinks, just let me know!Because of this, I can' ...
