She’s practically a Southern belle, growing up outside of Richmond, VA. He grew up in West Chester and attended Eagles training camps as a kid. The two met at James Madison University and live in Arlington now but chose Philly for their engagement session. Sarah figured the only way she could get Chuck to agree was if it was on his home turf – Lincoln Financial Field, home of the Philadelphia Eagles.
