Come out to see ‘The Secret Garden’

Uncategorized

I just wanted to send a quick note to all of you in the Greater Philadelphia Area to come out and see a fabulous musical in its last weekend. It’s The Secret Garden performed by local thespians from the Drexel Hill Church Players. You can find it at the Drexel Hill Methodist Church in Drexel Hill at 600 Burmont Rd. Tickets are $12 reserved, $10 general admission in advance – call 610-543-1011 ($2 extra at the door). Your last chances are tonight and tomorrow night at 7:30pm.

For all of the details about the play, you can check out the Delaware County Daily Times write up from last week. You can find it here.

Here are some stills from the show…

I’ll be there tonight. So come on out!

It was the garden that did it, Father.
And Mary, and Dickon, and Martha.
Some kind of charm, it came right out of the ground!
The Secret Garden, the musical
book and lyrics are by Marsha Norman, music by Lucy Simon
Based on the novel by Frances Hodgson Burnett

Graduation is a process that goes on until the last day of your life. If you can grasp that, you'll make a difference. ...

The Photographer’s Curse

I've had the great fortune to photograph very attractive people so my job has been pretty easy. But every now and I have a tough customer. No matter what I do, this client just never looks right. Not flattering, not genuine, not good. This client is me.And herein lies the Photographer's Curse. No picture of the photographer ever looks good to the photographer. Try as I might, I just don't like em. Maybe I just need a new face. Maybe I just nee ...

Granted, it’s cold and miserable out and there was a possibility of snow today but that’s not going to matter. Why? Because it’s opening day. And in this area, baseball is kind of a big deal. Just a little. This day marks the beginning of a season that brings excitement, anticipation, hope, and happy days spent outdoors. (You hear that, mother nature?!)I lucked out and was offered a ticket for the Phillies’ opening day game. What kind of Philadelphia resident would I be to pass up an opportunity like that? (the answer: a warm one.) If you’re in the stadium with me, give me a holler!Every month I feature new images for download for you ...
