Last night I got to cover a private event at Jose Garces’ farm in Bucks County. There was an in-person food demonstration by the Iron Chef himself. It was gorgeous (and delicious).

It was such a pleasure to photograph Chef Jose Garces’ Luna Farm (named after Luna, the family’s bulldog) for a private event last month.
The 100% organic 40-acre farm in Bucks County is gorgeous. There are sprawling fields rows upon rows of fruits and vegetables used in the famous Garces family restaurants on the east coast (JG Domestic, Amada, Distrito, Garces Trading Co., Tinto, Village Whiskey, Rosa Blanca). It is the family's calming and lovely retreat from the city.
What an incredible outdoor kitchen, right?
