There is no way to forget Keri and Dan. They were the fabulous couple who were up for an engagement session at a carnival. I was absolutely psyched for their wedding day. I asked Keri to get me beautiful light and she totally delivered. Keri and Dan had the kind of day all couples dream of having for their wedding day. The temperature, the skies, the light, and the color all came together for utter fall perfection. I could have been outside with them all day that day. Alas, there were other things to do… Like get married!

The wedding was held at the Chester Valley Golf Club in Malvern, PA. The ladies got ready in the club house while the men figured out boutonnieres in the locker room. Keri’s ‘something blue’ was a gorgeous aquamarine ring that Dan had given her the month before for their nine year anniversary.

You could say that Keri was a bit preoccupied that morning and maybe forgot to brush. Bridesmaids to the rescue.

The ceremony was so sweet. I don’t know if there was a dry eye in the house. Two readings – These Hands poem and the letter Paul Newman wrote to his wife on their wedding day were part of the service. There was a beautiful candle lighting to include all of the guests and the stage for the ceremony was constructed by family friends.

I love Keri’s reaction to the pronouncement of “husband and wife”!

We went outside to bask in the most stunning light.

These two danced their way through the entire day – up the aisle after the ceremony, during pictures, and certainly into their reception.

They shared their first dance together to “Love Song” by 311.

The speeches were great, especially the one by Keri’s sister, Michelle (a.k.a. Pippa).

The reception was a riot! So much laughing and dancing!

The cake (and cupcakes!) were spectacular.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that these two are tall. (And yes, I’m really short!)
