Philadelphia Talent Photographer | Bad Kitten Improv Comedy Group

Uncategorized

Philly is the fastest growing improv comedy scene in the country.  You immediately think Chicago or LA or NYC for improv but you can likely find a show any day of the week in the City of Brotherly Love.

I got to play with a Bad Kitten for a stupidly fun photoshoot in Old City.  Bad Kitten is a group of 7 (Sam Abrams, Neil Bardhan, Ryan Birchmeier, Steve Holland, Megan Marron, Dan Reed, Lauren Rivera) who all met while taking classes at Philly Improv Theater.

Their first show is with The Brewery this Friday at 7pm at The ArtsParlor (1170 Broad St.).  With a $5 and BYOB, I strongly recommend you head out for it.  I’ve seen them perform and they are ridiculous.  You can get more information here.

Imaging USA in Tampa
I hope everyone had a great holiday and New Years!I'm off to Imaging USA in Tampa, FL today. I'll be hanging out with a good friend for a few days and then I'll be seeped in nothing but photography goodness from dawn til dusk for days. Things started to get busy and hectic in April and it fell by the wayside. I'm going to go for it again this year. It's fun to challenge myself in seeing the art in daily life and some of my ...

Modeling Session at Baker Beach/Chrissy Field
After scheduling and rescheduling several times due to gross San Francisco weather, I finally photographed Shelly about a week ago at Baker Beach and Chrissy Field. I can't say that the weather was particularly optimal on that day either. We met at Baker Beach in the evening and it was sooo windy! I had never seen it so blustery! I was kind of bummed because we had planned to do a trash-the-dress but there was no way that was happening. We started off at Battery Chamberlain to help shield us from the gusts. I love shooting back there with the grungy, chipped-paint feel of things. It's a very cool spot. It also has some great lines and s ...
