Silly Superstitions and Traditions
So I've spent hours this morning poking around on Flickr, particularly through the favorites stream of Lagomorph. I just couldn't help myself. It's really fun to come up with a picture of someone just through the images that they favorite and Lagomorph's was amazingly expressive. For instance, she obviously has a thing for small woodland creatures like birds and deer and especially rabbits. You already know Colleen and Karl from their winning Best of 2012 wedding picture and their Bryn Mawr engagement session with adorable puppy, Samson. I think it’s about time you saw more of their marvelous wedding at the Bellevue at the very end of December. This wedding was beyond incredible. Destination Wedding Photographer | Shelter Island, NY | Valentine + Erich
Valentine and Erich’s stateside wedding fete felt like a great, big, comfortable family reunion that just happened to have a gorgeous woman in a white dress and a very dapper groom by her side (and up on stage).
Valentine and Erich were first married in Valentine’s homeland, Greece, the previous month. After their honeymoon in Santorini, Mykonos, and Geneva, they returned home to New York for a celebration with the Americans at the Shelter Island home of Erich’s late grandfather, Governor Hugh Carey. Their wedding “invitations” were passport replicas, announcing the destination wedding theme: passport to party.
