I photographed Carol and Walter in a session that may have been my favorite of all time.Most of my couples are in their twenties or thirties and have known each other a few years. I meet them and see that they are completely smitten that they’ve found the partner who will be there for better or for worse for the next 50 years.And then I get a call from Carol who wants an anniversary session with her husband, Walter. The difference here is that they have been married for 50 years (anniversary on January 12th). Main Line Engagement Photographer | Baldwin School | Deirdre + Pete
Deirdre and Pete met while they were in college at Gettysburg.  They shared a few classes together and were both involved in Greek life.  There was a slight flirtation but that was that. They both graduated and moved on, reconnecting five years later over Facebook and chatting it up. One year after that Deirdre was coming to town for the Philadelphia Rock n Roll half marathon and asked Pete if he was around for a drink afterwards.  Suffice it to say, he was. The two now live at the Baldwin School, a private pre-K to 12 school for girls on the Main Line.  Pete is a teacher there and lives in one of the residences on campus ...

Philadelphia Engagement Photographer | Society Hill |Erika + Chip
It was the perfect evening to spend around Society Hill, Erika and Chip’s old stomping grounds from when they first met.  If you’re an early morning news watcher (CBS3), you’ll certainly recognize the beautiful and spunky Erika von Tiehl.  I spent time with her and her dapper beau, Chip, as we wandered took advantage of some great light, happy places, and loving laughter.
