I hope you and yours are celebrating and giving thanks with friends, family, and a monstrous feast. I know I am.

Thanksgiving gratitude

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.~ Melody Beattie

Here's a deal for you…My grandmother in Scotland is very sick and probably won't be around much longer. I'll be flying out to see her this Sunday. When I get back I'll need to turn right around and fly to Connecticut to shoot a wedding on Halloween. This means I'll need to be away from my sweet pooch for about 2 weeks. I just hate to board her so I want to offer this awesome one-time deal: a Lindsay Docherty Photography Photoshoot plus a DVD of the images in exchange for looking after Emma for me while I'm away. This is an $875 value ($325 session fee + $550 DVD). Details on Emma: She's a 5 year old Jack Russell / Beagle mix. 16 lbs. S ...

(You hear that, mother nature?!)I lucked out and was offered a ticket for the Phillies’ opening day game. What kind of Philadelphia resident would I be to pass up an opportunity like that? (the answer: a warm one.) If you’re in the stadium with me, give me a holler!Every month I feature new images for download for you ...
