Uncategorized

October was one of my busiest months on record. 5 weddings and a handful of engagement sessions and other events were almost enough to make my head spin. Though I only have three more weddings in 2010, my busy season is hardly over. I have a tremendous amount of editing to do and many more engagement sessions up ahead. Wish me luck as I bundle up and get down to business as the year begins to wrap up.

This month’s images are two of my favorite rust pictures. If you’ve heard me talk about my favorite places to shoot, you know that I love everything old, crumbly, rusted, deserted, chipped, and neglected. Rust especially is just so cool. In an overlooked piece of metal there can be all the colors of the rainbow and fabulous textures of smooth and rough.

Every month I feature new images for download for you to use as your desktop background. Click to download it and see it at its huge size and resolution.

I've had the great fortune to photograph very attractive people so my job has been pretty easy. But every now and I have a tough customer. No matter what I do, this client just never looks right. Not flattering, not genuine, not good. This client is me.And herein lies the Photographer's Curse. No picture of the photographer ever looks good to the photographer. Try as I might, I just don't like em. Maybe I just need a new face. Maybe I just nee ...
