Spring & Summer 2009 Wedding Special

Wedding

So you know I just moved back to the Philadelphia area and I had to leave behind some truly magical clients and fellow vendors in California. Because of this, I’m lonely here and needing some fresh 2009 loving.

I’m offering something that I very rarely do for weddings… a discount!

That’s right, I’m offering 15% off the coverage rates for weddings that are held before August 1st, 2009. This still includes everything a normal booking does: pre-event planning, a hardcover proofbook with your wedding day images, post-production editing, online posting of your images for family and friends, and a complimentary engagement session. This is fantastic news to you procrastinating brides and grooms out there. Or maybe you’re having a short engagement and frantically planning a wedding in the next five and a half months.

At any rate, this is an awesome deal and you’re unlikely to see it again!

So hop on it and call (415.515.3575) or email (info@lindsaydocherty.com) me asap to set up a consultation. I can’t wait to work with you!

Come live with me and be my love,
And we will some new pleasures prove
Of golden sands and crystal brooks,
With silken lines and silver hooks.
– John Donne

Fine print: Offer only available for local weddings. Wedding must take place on or before July 31st, 2009. 15% off coverage rates only (wedding day, rehearsal dinner, second photographer) – albums, prints, digital images, and overtime costs are at regular price. Based on availability. Because we do receive numerous inquiries, we are unable to reserve a date without a contract and retainer.

Philadelphia Wedding Photographer | The Union League | Anna + Andrew
Anna and Andrew held their wedding on a rainy Saturday in December.  For many couples, this would be incredibly disheartening.  Somehow I manage to get the most amazing couples in the world, the kind that take it all in stride and carry on with big, beautiful smiles.  Anna and Andrew wowed me. Everything from the getting ready prep to the reception happened at the Union League of Philadelphia. Anna and her gals happily chattered while getting dolled up in one room while the gents were throwing it back in another. Anna was dressed to the nines in a dreamy sweetheart, A-line Watters gown with loads of lace and some bling arou ...

Delaware Wedding Photographer | Immanuel Episcopal Church | Alexa + Donny
Alexa loooooves herself some bling and she’s not afraid to show it.  She’s a total girly girl and she found herself a country guy – their complimentary personalities were immediately obvious at their Longwood Gardens engagement session last year when she showed up in frills and he in jeans. Their wedding day was fantastic.  The ladies prepped at Alexa’s family’s house in Newark.  There were plenty of personal flourishes like her grandmother’s handkerchief and prayer book (used as her ring pillow) and her special brooch bouquet (with an extra brooch given to her by her mother from her travels). And of course the dress!  This was ...

Amanda + Justin: Wedding in Saratoga at Hakone Gardens
Last weekend I had the pleasure of shooting with F.C. Wong on a wedding in Saratoga at Hakone Gardens. It was a beautiful event with a totally fun group of people. We started at the very attractive Cypress Hotel in Cupertino. There is something very evident about this couple: they have style. Amanda, a very petite bride, wore a hot pair of white patent leather Bebe heels and Justin rocked a paisley tie and a very cool hat.Amanda was stunning.Justin is most commonly known as the great DJ, JBoogie, and exuded hip. After getting ready, the group went to the ceremony site where everything was almost ready. There were bright orange parasols to c ...
