It was a drizzly morning on Candace and Scott’s wedding day. Honestly, this didn’t seem to bother them at all. This was just as I expected after I saw how laid back they were at the engagement session in Fairmount Park this past spring. Melissa and Thomas’ wedding was supposed to go an entirely different route. It was supposed to be at Philadelphia City Hall the previous afternoon. That didn’t happen.
